Hello, I do not know if you can help me but please let me know. This man was actually arrested and let go ( I believe he is an illegal immigrant) and I am not sure if they even know where he is. The state attorney’s office is not just sent me a letter last week letting me know that they will not prosecute. I called them and they said is due to her age , that in a year when this goes to court that she will most likely have forgotten this event , thereby they would not have a “credible witness”. My daughter will be 3 in September and she is gifted , she can speak like a 4 year old. When they did the CPT interview with the psychologist the detective failed to show up on time and did not get to ask all the questions he wanted to – he himself told me that. This happened because he missed 20 minutes of the interview. He did not really want to pursue this to begin with, due to my daughter’s age. She was fondled and therefore they did not get a slam dunk positive case, he however signed the affidavit for the arrest. They have until August 11th to pursue this. Can I get an extension on that? What else can I do? She has visited a psychologist twice. My baby told a daycare teacher (5 days after the incident) that “tavo” as he is called, touched her in her private area and that it “hurt”, can this be used as evidence? He is the youth drama director at his church.

Please help. I am at the end and I love my baby and God knows that I do not want to cause any more harm to her, especially with the public information in the news but I want to bring some justice to this horrible situation. I want her to know that she was a brave little girl and that mommy tried her best to help her.

Are there any organizations that can help me do just that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi dude, i fully agree with what you have posted. Rocky, well, (forgive the pun) really rock! I bought Rocky 1 after watching Rocky Balboa and I really loved the scene when he spoke to Adrian that he just wanted to go the distance. It really an inspiring movie and the soundtrack if SUPER Hot! Everytime i hear the song, Eye of the Tiger or Gonna Fly Now just gets my blood stirring and spirit soaring.

What about flashes of childhood memory, does it require the LPT? How come some of us are able to gather in mind their experiences back as far as when he was a 2-year-old without practicing [learning] it how to do that?
Hmm…it obviously takes more serious researches on that concern.

Personally, I find prominent correlation between emotions and memory formation in our brain — cerrebrum works prolificately better when embedded with strong emotional involvement. But that’s just an ape’s opinion, mind you.

Hi, I think time travel is happening today.Just like quantum physics is strange at the micro world so is the quantum computer.This quantum computer would make todays computers look like some one trying to start a fire with two stones.These time travel machine would be amazing,they would know where you should go be for you do [it would seem that way],because you would be in the future and be seeing what is happening ,not locked in a box,there is not enough of these machines to go around. Some people would get addicted to them or just accidently always walk into one.By practice you would get better at using them instead of getting scared and ending up in a nut house where people don’t believe your travel.So lets say you do some thing dangerous in the present in a time machine by quantum computer calculations that would nearly end your life.You don’t know why you did it ,so you forget about it. Then you remember 10 years later and send out messages for safety in a area and save lives .So you become a time traveller ,hero and an unknown.This makes more sense than ,it just happend.It’sthat quantum computer.
